In dreams

I wake to see a man wrapped in shadows in the corner of my room and feel the presence of something I can't place keeping me down. The man is repeatedly chanting three words, words I can't remember. I can't speak, I can't move. All I can feel is the pressure pinning me to my bed, not pushing me into it: just keeping me from getting up. I start to feel afraid. I want to scream but no sound comes out. The man tells me to chant with him and "it will be OK," I start praying for all that I'm worth.
The next thing I know I wake for real, still afraid and then I remember: I've had this dream before...
