.. well hate and sadness are a part of life. Something that I've found that helps, is to think about why I feel that way in the first place. When we know why we feel the way we do, it gives us the initial information we need to deal with those feelings in a healthy, mature way. Finding the root of the problem is the first step in solving it.
Sometimes these types of feelings are justified. But there is no need to dwell on them, because that can cause us to become a person who is hateful and sad in our deeds towards others.Posted 01-05-2010 at 08:38 AM by ape descendant -
