Dollhouse

Posted 06-09-2011 at 12:07 PM by Ami

I recently watched the series and found the concept quite interesting. (I would've posted this in a thread but the last thread I found about this died more than 2 years ago. I understand that it is frowned upon to resurrect threads that have been dead that long)

I found myself considering whether or not I would sign up to be a doll/active and wondered how many people would want to be one. I find their child-like state (between engagements) intriguing; not to mention the 5-star treatment....

So... It's been a while

Posted 06-07-2011 at 10:28 AM by Ami

Exams have started and, as usual, the student in me is M.I.A. and I am left to try and catch up on 4 months' work in about 9 days (Yay me!). So far I've managed to waste 6 of them. You can probably guess that this is just another way for me to procrastinate again.

I have come to the conclusion that I prefer working under pressure but even I think this is pushing it. (Perhaps my subconscious doesn't want me to pass?)

There's a chill in the air and you can feel that winter...

Whelp, I'm new here and what not. Here's an entry for shits and giggles.

Lessee...

This last week I attended a rave in a bathroom at my school hosted by two friends of mine. We lasted five minutes before the VP stormed in, got his panties in a knot and told us to leave. My buddies got carted down the office and their conversation with the Principal was as follows:

Buddies: We're here to explain that we had a rave in the boys bathroom.

Principal:...

Learning even more about the paranormal

Posted 05-31-2011 at 01:08 AM by Mrs_Crow (The Penny Dreadful Tales of Mrs. Crow)

In addition to watching Insidious I am learning things about the paranormal that I never knew before. My boyfriend happens to know a lot about the spirit world. He's not into horror films b/c they freak him out and these are things that he knows from first hand experiences. I learned also not to joke around when it comes to pretending that things like the man w/ a fire for a face is right behind him. I mean, he really got freaked out by that movie. While myself on the other hand, I was quite intrigued...
