The Deadman also Cooks....

Some of my favorite dishes are simple fare to work with.

My favorite being French/Italian bread Pizza, all it depends on is the texture you like in the finished product.

Some of my favorite toppings include.

Garlic butter as a base layer, then some Prego spaghetti sauce (meat sauce is my pick, but use what you like).

Pepperoni,Geen pepper, mushrooms, black olives, and a layer of mozzarella cheese (I find that slices are the neatest for this application) and top it off with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.

15-20 minutes at 350 degrees and it should look something like this....

It doesn't count unless you make the bread yourself.

You also have to make your own sauce from scratch AND if you are using mozzarella I personally would make that as well, but have on occasion used a good Italian mozzarella if I get stuck for time.

I don't understand why anyone would buy tomato sauce, it is so easy and super cheap to make, not to mention a lot healthier than the stuff in a jar.

Admit it,when both of you saw the pic you made a yummy noise (it was damn good if I say so myself...and I do,cause it was)

Mozzarella can be made at home too but this saves time.

Same with the tomato sauce .

But to be honest I have been thinking of making a large batch up and stocking it in the freezer.
