Gothic clothing shops in ATL or GA
 

Looking for some gothic clothing shops in my area. I've been looking online for a good style, and it is very difficult to find anything good for a guy who doesnt like tight pants. Sorry. I can find all the coats I can dream of, and recently I found this: http://www.ipso-facto.com/s40.jpg but I cant find pants specifically.

Eh, I think you're missing the whole point of Goth fashion. You can dress "goth" without buying overpriced merch from a "Goth" store.

What kind of Goth look are you going for? Classic 80s Goth, Victorian Goth, Mall/Hot Topic Goth, Corporate Goth, Nerdy Goth, Gothabilly, Ren Goth...?

BTW, most "goth" styles can be accomplished at regular clothing stores, if you're willing to do a little embellishment of your own. =]

Yes, I am aware, I am simply looking for something new. I am a fan of romantic and corporate goth.

And mens clothing in general is not quite as... interesting as womens clothing, I don't much that can be done with a pair of jeans, but I am always open to suggestions.

Of course then I would have to learn how to sew...

With guy's fashions, you can still have interesting textures and such; it's only boring if you let it be. ;-]

Not that I find them uninteresting, I wouldnt be here if I did, but my interests have changed, especially when I look at something I could wear.

My main concern is sizing, especially since I think a few of the vendors are out of the US.

I did end up getting the last item, the "hellraiser" jacket, very impressive if I may say so myself.

Atlanta has a nice lil area called Little Five Points that serves a wide variety of subcultures. Go there even if you don't have money to shop, it's very cultural. One of the few places in the South where you actually feel like you're somewhere else.

I love Little 5 Points. Every time my boyfriend and I go to Atlanta we end up there. Junkman's Daughter is awesome, but pricey.

I like the second hand shop just around the corner from the Vortex. They always have awesome shit.

I know this is way late. And it's not in Atlanta, but there are some great goth shops online. My mind is blank right now, but I know that goodgoth.com has a lot of great Victorian style men's apparel. Punkrave does too. Sexpotrevenge may also have some.... They do have visual kei but I know I've seen some elegant shirts and coats. I'll post more once I think of them. Sorry I can't remember the last part of those websites at the moment to post them, but they're not.com. Goodgoth is, however. I live in Alabama so I'm always on the lookout for good shops.
