Having been in several relationships my take on the quote above is to agree, but point out it isn't always THAT easy.
Just move past the bits where you wonder what could've been, what you did wrong, etc as fast as possible.
Oh and if possible, start screwing a randomer, or a find a f* buddy. Helps xD
