This is in my area, but here are a few restaurants where I've NEVER seen children:
Buddakhan.
Ruth's Chris Steakhouse.
Cho Cho's.
Sweet's N' Stuff Sushi Bar.
AppleBees.
Margret Kuo's in Media.
Margret Kuo's in Wayne.
Peking--children there once, but very well behaved.
That's just off the top of my head.
