I haven't had anything professionally done in ages, but I'd guess a full head of hair, bleached and dyed, would cost at least $100.
You can bleach it yourself though. I started out with 'Nordic Blonde' from the supermarket (can't remember the brand, it was just the lightest blonde they had). The kind you just mix in a bottle and leave in your hair for 30 minutes or less, easy as fuck, and you can just get a friend to help if you need it. That'll set you back $10.
