I seriously thought this was a pre april fools joke being that it was bumped yesterday or just a joke period. But I see no mention.
I'm still laughing...primarly because of the movie Sour Grapes.
This is the most obscene thing I've ever heard considering to remove some ribs so you can blow yourself or just giving yourself oral anyways.
