'Anarchy' as disorder is a reactionary misinterpretation of statelessness, with no socialist ideological precedent or conscientious thought towards practical application; it's essentially a straw man argument for people like you that are scared of statelessness. Even radically individualist anarchist philosophies acknowledge some sort of order, with only a negligible percentage actually basing a political belief on chaos, most of them being pretentious twats that have no real inclination to the philosophy that they're preaching. You'd know this if you'd actually bothered to find out about anarchism before spouting off about it.
Besides, even the definition of anarchy as disorder was the very last one; the word 'anarchy' is becoming more widely-known as representative of anarchism as a stateless socialist ideology rather than disorder anyway.
