Believe whatever you want. I'm sorry you are having a tough time of it. I only suggested that things will get easier with time, if you let it. (I've had quite a bit of time, like more than 30 years. Besides, I don't like being reminded of how old I am and this is bringing back some very unpleasant memories, so if it's okay with you I'm going to go do something positive with the rest of the day).
