I dislike doing thread necromancy, but I have to agree with the sentiment. I don't identify as Bisexual persay (pansexual would be more accurate), but I've had partners of both genders in the past.
I became the victim of sexual assault. The way I was treated by the police when they found out that I have had partners of both genders in the past was shocking. It's like it was automatically acceptable, because my "lifestyle" asked for that kind of treatment by men. Like Hell it does. I don't have a "lifestyle". I experimented, sure. That was NOT an invitation for the sick, twisted Daddy's boy to force himself on me.
Being bisexual, pansexual, gay, lesbian, trans, even asexual, does NOT mean someone has the right to violate you.
They call it "corrective". I call it sick.
