I never said were were arguing the Old Testament's perception of tolerance. Sanatarea asked me something, and that was my response.
What I was saying is this: the trouble with saying, let people believe what they will as long as they don't bother me, is that some believe that they believe they are supposed to bother you in one form or another.
I don't honestly have a solution to that which could be accepted amongst everyone on this board, but I think it's an interesting paradox worth mentioning.
