PJ, you've got two ways to go about this, but you have one option that has to be met no matter what you do.

First thing's first. Get your ass to a clinic. Get yourself checked out pronto.

Now. You can either dump him (which by now is probably your best bet), or you need to have a talk with him. Tell him what the situation is and if this is the kind of relationship that he wants, then there needs to be new rules in place. Rules that ensure both partners' sexual health.

You need communication and honesty. If you don't have that in this kind of situation, then you're just putting your life in danger and that needs to be fixed. You deserve that much at least.
