Greetings KuroNeko and welcome. Personally, I would not put makeup over a 4-6mm beard unless you have mostly grey hair and a beard like me and want to dye it black. A beard should be a feature of your face and a part of your goth style. I don't think covering it in white would work. It will take a lot of makeup to cover it then washing it out might be difficult.
