I didn't even think of this: I have an anxity disorder. Which could probably be why I cant sleep, because anxity disorders make it hard to sleep, and they make you restless and all that good stuff. I'm on meds for the anxity disorder(Lexapro), so that should be helping with all the sleeping problems, but if it's not, then that explains alot.
