If there was such a huge fucking difference we wouldn't be able to donate blood(or other tissues and organs) from someone of one race to another. Or do you prefer to go to white hospitals? Albinism is a mutation. One of my friends has it. I don't know what you're trying to bring that up for. White and black(and asian and a lot of other people) can be born with it.
FACT! You can't tell cells apart from white/black/hispanic people under a microscope.
