I don't know about that. I can see a fair number of countries who would welcome them, or already have them.
For example,
Greece still has them as of july 2012.
And here in the
UK, they were only abolished 4 years ago, although people still occasionally get prosecuted for the"offence" through other means. For example this
case from back in 2010.
