I like both. I think crocheting, once you get the idea of non-linear crafting, is probably a lot easier. Its making that transition that is really hard XD One day it just clicked though and I was great. I stopped knitting for a while because crocheting is so much faster, but I missed the delicate drape of something knitted. I also like that I can knit without looking unless I'm doing something complicated, I can knit while watching anime or something. If I want something lacy though its much simpler to crochet and still maintain my sanity.
So there's pros and cons to each!
