Umm, what the fuck?
I haven't uploaded a profile picture yet. Anyway, that Image that you have in your screenshot is far too large of a resolution for it to be my avatar either so you fail. If it was the profile picture it would be on the right hand side of the profile, which it's not obviously. I don't understand why you'd go through the trouble of making this shit up.
