Part of me wanted to do it, but there's the threat of developing a lisp, or having people I know see it and not getting it (which is bad for my line of work), or that it can never look like a snake tongue like I would love, because we simply have more bulbous, ovular tongues in comparison to them, maybe out of evolving to be able to taste more than reptiles, but I don't know for sure.
