Yes they are always more tempting but the kissing part is not necessarily true, IMHO, of course.
I've met many women who can't kiss for shit. My last serious relationship though, DAMN, she could kiss oh so finely. The fact that we kiss the same way made every kiss she gave me bonerific.
I like to kiss with slow, but passionate moving of the tongue, and at the end of every little kiss which led to the other, just as I start pulling my tongue out, I sort of wrap my lips around her tongue for a second, then the kiss ends. She always loved that little tactic; along with the neck kissing and caressing, of course.
