What do you think?
Hi!
Today, I was just sorting though all my clothes I own. They are all too big and worn out and I was getting ready to bag 'em and dump 'em.
I am replacing my entire wardrobe except my leather jackets and boots.
I am starting from scratch. I am trying out some new things, and preparing a plan for the new wardrobe I am going to buy. I am prototyping a basic outfit that I am going to wear on a daily basis. That is what you will see in the photos, a prototype of what could be.
I can’t afford much, but I would rather have three or four nice, good quality pairs of pants and shirts and one hat that I am proud to wear and love, then a dozen ill fitting worn our pieces of shit I can’t stand.
Anyways, it will be the ‘foundation’ I will be wearing everyday. Each day I will do something subtly different to it to keep it from getting boring. Makeup, a tie or vest, or a hat. Even though I can’t really afford it, I am going to compliment my wardrobe with a nice hat. I have always wanted a beautiful British made black or blood red felt top hat.
I like to add a splash color to a white and black things.
When I draw, I love to draw a black and white drawings and diagrams.
What I relish doing is in that sea of nothing but black and white,
I add a small splash of RED or BLUE somewhere on one or two spots. I think that is really pretty. T o get an idea of what I mean; you know when you shutdown Windows XP? When you open the 'turn off computer' window and everything on the screen slowly dials down and goes grey but the shut down window stays colorful? That’s what I am talking about. I like that.
So my outfit will have lots of blacks and whites but have that splash of color somewhere like a welcome surprise.
This is ME talking, MY taste. It occurred to me that I am not really mimicking Malice. I had seen Malice in a top hat and wanted one too, badly. But when I think about it, I actually wanted to wear a beautiful top hat long before I ever met him. I saw him wear suspenders, then I wanted to wear them too suddenly, but way back in 2001, I had worn suspenders because I wanted to and liked to. Malice DOES have superb tastes and handiwork, but I need to give myself more credit. I can be creative too. I just realized that.
Anyways, I am babbling again. Like always.
The foundation for my outfits will be a black pair of pants and either a white shirt, a colored one, or a black one. A vest and a tie or just a vest or just a tie. I always wear a polished pair of my 8 eyelet black Doc Martins or the big cheapie vinyl boots you see in the photos. I am saving up for a new pair of red 8 eyelets Doc Martins. The red Doc Martins were another thing I saw Malice wear then I wanted, but I had just remembered that I has seen and liked it long before I ever met Malice or joined Gnet.
I ran out of laundry today and the only thing I had to wear that was clean was my old school uniform I used to wear day after day in high school.
I snapped these pics for fun. Then I got an idea to try a leather jacket with my uniform. I like what I see.
I am just prototyping a basic model of what I am going to wear.
I feel good right now. Happy and confident.
Tell me what you think okay? I am just showing you what could be.

I didn't tamper with the color in all the shots except the last one.
What you are seeing is what the camera sees.
The clothes are not wornout and faded, so the black pants are BLACK
and the white shirt is WHITE as paper and the BLACK jacket is BLACK.
The last shot is just a funky thing I created.

I like the last one, it looked cool.
:]
I would add in a tie, perhaps a red tie. That would look nice.

My only advice would be to wear your pants a bit lower or untuck the shirt. Other than that your outfit looks fine.

Thanks! I was just playing around with that photo.
Oh yes, a red tie would be nice. Infact, I added it to my list of clothes to browse for. Thanks mate!

The black eyeliner made for a nice outline, but it also mixed with the red to create a nice marbling effect.
I am in uncharted teritory now. I am not sure if I am doing this right.
Like I said, I am prototyping ideas.

You don't need lipstick really you don't. You look better without it, and also look better now you have removed the glasses.
The outfit isn't bad, but the machete is not exactly a great acessory ( why do you have a machete in that pic??? )

The outfit looks good but I do have a bit of constructive criticism. I think a lower rise on the pants would be better for your frame. I agree with Honey the lipstick really isn't a good look for you. Also your hair cut really doesn't do much for you, you may want to get something that does a better job of framing your face.

I think the outfit is pretty good. You have the potential to be a handsome young gentleman.
Cut your hair, though.

I think cut it shorter and have some sort of a style to it. O M has quite a long face, so long hair makes it look even longer, which isn't a great look really.

I don't like the lipstick. But I think lipstick looks hideous on almost everyone, regardless of sex. I also agree about the haircut, although you could just tie it up if you wanted to.
You're a nice-looking guy, and very sweet. I want to give you big bone-crunching hugs.

Thank you so much for the compliment. See, I was just trying things
out to see if they work or not work. I just wanted to try lipstick out to see thats all.
I aprciate your contructive critisism, I do. This is why I posted these pics, to get ideas and opinions from others. I was holding the machette just to be goofy.
I went out today to a resturant in what I wore in the pics. Hehehe!
Glad you too took the time to lend some advice, cool!

Thanks Solumina, for the input. I was hoping you would jump in.
I am not going to wear the lipstik then. I just wanted to see if it worked with my face.
Experimentation. I got my last hair cut in 2007. I am scared that the barber will cut too much off and fuck all that 'progress' up. Do you have a suggestion on a hair style?
Something to frame my face like you said? Oh and these pants are just something to test with my clothing experimenting. this is my old school uniform. I just wanted to experiment and see what works with what. Sorr if I am babbling and not making sense. Haha!

Neither do I. I was just trying it for the first time. and not only that, I went outside and I waklked proudly and smiled at people and engaged them in conversation. Wow! I never do that!
I want to do something about my hair, there is so much of it, I can makle it into anything I want to, but I afraid of fucking it up.
That is so nice and sweet what you said! Aww thankyou!
I like hugs very much and I get hugged very rarley. *sobs*
I would love a nice hug.

Nah you're not babbling and I'm glad that you appreciate my input. I'd say that the length of your hair is fine (though you should still get it trimmed to take care of any split/damaged ends) you just need to get some layers in the front to flatter your face. You may want to part your hair a little off center and get some asymmetrical layers with the shortest ones being around your cheekbones, it would be a bit more interesting than what you are doing now and I think it would really work with your face shape.
Also let your stylist know that you are a bit nervous about changing your hair and they can do things gradually as well as show you all of the different ways that you can wear your cut.

The second one from the top looks really, really creepy, the redeye from the camera and the red lipstick are almost exactly the same shade...

That shade of lipstick doesn't look good on you.
I love your outfit, you could tuck the shirt in or not, but the belt is a nice touch so I'd leave it tucked in, especially if you were going on a nice date or something.
Your hair, well I do like that length but shorter might be good to. Unless you are going are going for a deathrock or "fat bob" look, you need to find a product that is going to give your hair some shine, I'd recommend a deep conditioner you can find at any drug store for about $6.
With some fine tuning, this look could really work for you, good luck

Thanks! I like the belt too. Um, I saw a picture with Tesla and he was wearing a belt with a big buckle like mine. I think I will get my hair cut.

The problem with the lipstick is that it emphasizes your lips which are already prominent. They stand on their own.

Keep up with your shaving if you're going to wear makeup. Really, all you need for your lips is lip-balm because it keeps the lips moist and such dark lipstick just doesn't suit you.

But I agree with you not needing the lipstick.
