A Grimm Introduction (please exuse the pun)

Hi, my name's Jordan... yeah, i'm really tired right now, please excuse any grammer and/or spelling errors.

1. What do you do? (Hobbies, job)
Well, i have three things that make up my life. Music, Poetry, and Lonliness.

2. Where are you from?
Yakima, Wa.. We have quite a bit of gang activity here, but hey, who doesn't? Most of our city's income is based upon agriculture.

3. Who is your favorite author?
I was introduced, soon after i stepped into the shadows, to a deceased man by the name of Edgar Allen Poe. Soon after reading a few of his works i fell in love with everything he did.

4. What are your favorite films?
Well, i really want to expand my knowledge of classic films, mostly the 1800's through the 1970's. I have yet to do it though... Not proud of it, but I'll admit it, i'm a notorious procrastinater.

5. What music do you want played at your wedding?
I would want to hire an orchestra for my wedding if i was to ever have one.
I love the sounds of violins and organs playing in harmony.

6. At your funeral?
Most likely the same as above, just... More meloncholy...

7. This IS a gothic website, so... how do you want to die?
Death... if i was ever blessed with the opportunity to step in front of a bullet for someone i love i would'n't think twice about what to do.
But if not, i would want to die in Her arms... And give her permission to take advantage of my corpse afterwards (Would'nt wanna fuck a dead person without permission, THAT'S JUST RUDE.)

8. What kind of casket would you want?
A vintage victorian coffin with complex floral designs and a midnight blue satin lining inside.

9. What's your FAVORITE outfit? Smudged guyliner, my celtic cross necklace, a graphic tee with a band logo or a picture of something like a wraith or dragon, my long black trenchcoat studded with safety pins around the front collar, black nail polish, black slacks, and my shiny black painter's boots. (With maybe a chain here and there)

10. What's one thing you miss about being a little kid?
I can't remember much from my childhood... i went through an unthinkable expirience... i've never been the same since...

11. What's your favorite band?
Either Staind, or In Flames. Some of the new shit that is labeled "goth" like Deathstars is exactly that. Shit.

12. What kind of education do you have? What is/was/will be your major?
Highschool. Poetry.

13. Why did you join?
I'm looking to expand my fellowship of everyone who walks in the shadows, young and old. Plus myspace has gotten even worse.

14. If the first 13 questions didn't give it away. What is your gender?
Male... i kinda gave that away when i said "guyliner."

So, yeah. That's me in a half-shell. If you're interested in learning more about me, or if you wanna flirt, who knows.... maybe love will give this tired soul another try... I plan to get photos up soon also, so yeah... To those who love The Darkness, know this; The Darkness loves you also. Trust in it and it will forevermore trust in you, even when you have givin up on yourself.

Staind lacks a bit in talent i have to admit. But the thing that drew me to them is their state of mentality. Very depribed, somewhat angry musicians.

Welcome to Gnet, you seem a bit odd, that's okay though. (I don't like the whole necrophilia thing though)
Your favorite outfit seems nice. I've heard Yakima is a small town, I live in a relatively small town as well.

The only problem I have with necrophilia is that I wouldn't really be there to enjoy it.

La de da, welcome. Please, I'm begging, make a decent contribution here. We need it.

Hello Jordan. From what I've read, you seem like someone I'd hang around with or possibly date. I don't meet many people like you.

Not to mention the fact that you live about 4 hours away from me.

Your right about the necrophilia w/o permission being rude. I gotta change my will. In fact, I'm going to see if I can pay someone to make me into a Marionnette.

You favorite outfit sounds very much like something designed for The Sims. Staind is shit. Deathstars is also shit.

Welcome though. I used to wear a trench coat. More of a frock. Still do, occasionally. These days, I kinda feel tacky in it. Makes me feel all mallgothy.

What I wonder is, it's so wrong for a living person to have sex with a dead body (by social standards) but what if an undead (let's say a resurrected corpse, with mind fully intact and minimal to no rot really) fell in love with you and wanted to have sex with you, is that different at all and how would you react.

I only say this because of the necrophilia joke and because I had a dream where it was me and some friends as zombie hunters fighting off a wave of them from an evil mausoleum except they didn't look like zombies, in fact they looked like normal people except they walked a little funny, and they were really horny too, the kept latching onto us and trying to make out and have sex with us, and had my dream not identified them as zombies earlier I don't think I would have minded the one that attackec me, he was a cutie.... well i've gone on a tangent again.

My question still stands!

If a resurrected corpse that showed no rot and still possessed it's mind presented itself to you and you two fell in love (nawww!) or not, maybe it was just the body of a really hot person. Would you have sex with this undead?

Oh and welcome Grimm! You seem interesting though all this living in darkness and shadows isn't my cup of tea.

Very ironic... i just finished watching Nosferatu...

Hmmm, if a really attractive, preserved undead was to fall in love with me... To tell the truth i think that would be very inviting. Espesially if that undead were a young (when she died) victorian countess. Lol i have a very twisted sense of sensuality.

But i think that your dream has some deeper meaning to it than just a huge zombie orgy. Maybe there were some people you didn't trust trying to invade your circle of friends... I spend a lot of time thinking about stuff like this. I guess you could call me a philosopher... Kind of...

Actually, yes it is. In the end of the movie the only thing that would silence Noferatu is for a woman of pure heart to sacrifice her blood to him and stay by his side until dawn, basically seduction. I guess it wasn't astonishingly ironic, but slightly. I'll try to be more specific next time...

Welcome to the boards. I'm not sure what either of those bands are, to tell you the truth.

I prefer the older 'goth' stuff: Bauhaus, Siouxie and the Banshees, and the like. Recently been getting into some Nightwish and such too, but those are more metal than official 'goth'.

Regardless, welcome to the Darkside! We have coffee, tea, and cookies over in Dark Alice's tea room!

I've never known someone to read that much into a secondhand dream of horny zombies.

And I won't be calling you a philosopher...
