Name change

Not expecting this to be much of a big deal, but I've come to really fucking hate the name Breathless Horror. Lately it's made me rage more than usual so I'm abandoning it. I've used *Twitch other places, so might as well use it here.

I've changed enough to warrant redoing the questionnaire.

1. What do you do? (Hobbies, job)
I work in a deli, but hobby-wise I go to shows, play D&D and magic cards, and lately I've been a fan of just relaxing in pleasant outdoor settings.

2. Where are you from?
Ottawa, Canada

3. Who is your favorite author?
H.P. Lovecraft. I'm a huge fan, and when I move in to my new place next month, I think I'm doing a cthulhlu mythos paintjob for my room.

4. What are your favorite films?
Lord of War, SLC Punk, Silence of the Lambs

5. What music do you want played at your wedding?
Don't think I'm ever getting married

6. At your funeral?
Depends on how I go. Doesn't really matter, though if I overdose I want them to play "whoops I OD'd" by NOFX

7. This IS a gothic website, so... how do you want to die?
Quickly.

8. What kind of casket would you want?
Just throw me in the dirt and let me rot

9. What's your FAVORITE outfit?
Hmmm...super faded black tank top, dirty camo shorts, bondage belt or bullet belt, and my beat to shit old combat boots. Been wearing that pretty much everyday for 3 months.

10. What's one thing you miss about being a little kid?
Being happy

11. What's your favorite band?
Oh shit. Uh... I'll give what I can think of. Machine Gun Dollly, Dreadnoughts, Choking Victim, Star Fucking Hipsters, Leftover Crack, Morning Glory, Wooka Tribe, Brazilian Money, Anti-Flag, The Misfits, No-Ca$h, Rudimentary Peni.

12. What kind of education do you have? What is/was/will be your major?
High school graduate. Not going back to school, but I'm planning on going to my friend's philosophy lectures this semester. The knowledge is all I'm after.

13. Why did you join?
Originally? Cause I thought I was all gawf. Turns out I'm not. I stick around cause some you guys are pretty awesome, though I'll admit that I tire rapidly of g-net's antics sometimes.

14. If the first 13 questions didn't give it away. What is your gender?
Male.

If you bothered reading this far, thanks. If not, no hard feelings.

Cute. Props on the Peni, 'Fits, Lovecraft, black tank top (ha), and Phallusophy, and that crack.

Welcome again.

You'll save heaps of money on your funeral option.

I just chucked my parents off the back of a fishing boat one day...

*footnote, they were already cremeted*

I thought about cremation, but I'm not sure how I feel about having my head explode.

Sin: Peni is the shit, what's your favorite album?

Pope With No Name brotha. There's nothing like a ballad based around psychosis so deep you feel Blinko's own spiral. It all came together.

Yeah, gotta hand it to the man, he is one crazy motherfucker. Personally I've been in thrall with Cacophony, something about it is just pulling me in lately.

You're dead - what does it matter?

I'm not sure to be honest. I just think that the disposal of my remains shouldn't be a horrific thing. I want my friends to see to my disposal, and most of them would be put off at seeing my head explode and hands drop off.

I don't actually think they'd see your brain explode unless you requested a funeral pyre. Normally when a person is cremated the funeral company takes care of the whole thing out of sight. I'm not sure if the head explodes during cremation as I've never seen it in person.

Also....welcome back, even though you technically never left.

Ah, I did leave for a while, but I've been back a bit, yes. And thats the problem, I don't want some stranger to tuck me into the back of a truck and make the nasty dead thing go away. My friends are big girls and boys, they'd do it for me.

I've only extensively listened to Death Church and Pope. Pope impressed me because even though it's release was in '97 Peni's style was just as throbbing and death punk reminiscent as ever.

They take the casket away to do the burning. The creepy part is the viewing.

**delete a whole heap of what I wrote**

... okay I've said enough.

Sorry Twitch, didn't mean to freak you out.

The spreading of the ashes was really quite pleasant. it was perfect weather and we just tipped it over the side of the boat. I guess the downside is that there is no monument to go and mourn at.

Each to his own.

Eh, twitch is simple enough that I don't think it'll bother me. I don't feel stupid when I think to myself "these people know me as twitch", and thats all that I really cared about XD

Huh? Cause I have the reverse opinion ... for a Goth site, you've moved to a less compelling name, IMO. But, if it makes you happy, more power to you.

I feel like all this name changing is all due to the fact that nobody can be Pineapple_Juice.

Ben: Ah well, guess it's okay, not being goth or anything, Breathless Horror just sounded...I don't know, like a 15 year old trying to be spooky. Which is exactly what it was XD

I kinda like Breathless Horror, although now that I think about it, it would make a great name for a Stephen King book/parody of a Stephen King book.
