Omar!! You work at Fashion Bug?? *laughing* I worked there too when I was about 17. (hated every second of it..)

Yes, I do. You'd be amazed what you'd do for a job when the market for a college student sucks so badly. I get paid minimum wage and hate half the people I work with. It sucks, but I have to get money from somewhere.

In fashion the worst is in my wardrobe. Black shorts and black half broken tees ( Im too poor to buy new clothes but I pay $2,000 for a laptop)

I don't mind people wearing camo so long as it isn't the aforementioned "I love soldiers" bullshit. What really bothers me is when people mix "urban" camo and forest camo...WTF is that.

This is a sin of which I am guilty. Never again. Never, ever again.

Thanks for dredging up those memories EPS. I owe you one, girlie.

0mar ~ I'm also a lover of camo, but I can understand the hate for those who buy it cuz it's trendy. I've always liked camo and army green stuff.

I don't have much of a problem with boots that look like they're actually a sheep with a foot stuck in their ass, and I will only shudder a little bit if I see a man wearing light pink trousers, but there's one thing I Absolutely Can't Stand.

Imagine this.
You're sitting in the library, the park, the pub, or whatever place you like to sit. You're just minding your own business, dreaming about, let's say, playing the parrot that will be on Johnny Depp's shoulder in Pirates of the Carribean III, when a girl walks by and looses one of her earrings without noticing it.
Being a nice young man or lady, you say 'wait, you dropped something'. The girl looks at you, sees you pointing to a spot on the ground, and sees her earring lying there all alone on the floor. She smiles at you, and slowly bends over to take the earring, while standing with her back turned your way. She's wearing low jeans and a tight shirt, which creeps upwards while she's bending over, and than, BAM!
The evil whale has hit another innocent victim in the face with its atricious tail.

If you have no idea what I'm talking about, this should make it clearer to you:

These belts especially when they are worn on someone’s waist over a t-shirt, ew.

True it isn't nearly as nice looking or feeling as leather, but it's nice for vegitarians who need dress shoes. I can't wear my converse to weddings.

Also, I was flipping through channels the other day when I came across a girl on the style channel wearing a pink fur coat. In my opinion that just looks tacky.

Or a Big Ponytail on top of your head.. Then curl that..

Last but not least, a baseball cap with your ponytail coming out the inside top part of the cap in the back. Then curl it.

The atrocious redneck hair options are limitless..

it saw a cartoon once with the caption that said 'in a perfect world it would be illegal to make some fashions in XXL'. so true. fat old women in bikinis are unecessary and disturbing.
tracksuits annoy me. i'm not sure why. i think people who are completely co-ordinated, then tuck their tracksuit bottoms into their socks look foolish. and those baby pink velour tracksuits that some girls wear annoy me too. they look like barbie dolls in them.

Hey now...there is nothing wrong with XXL women, thank you very much. I hope you're not one of those people who think that big women should have their choice of stretch pants and t-shirts and nothing else, because that pisses me off to no end. I am a bigger girl myself....not huge, but well rounded, and I appreciate that there are stores that offer high fashion items in my size. I also work at Fashion Bug and I try my best to make those big ladies look gorgeous in what they're given. There is finally a market for plus-size fashion that is actually fashionable and you think it should be taken away. That's not fair. Not everyone can be a waif, and not everyone wants to be, believe it or not. So let these women finally have something nice to adorn those curvaceous bods.

And what do you wear if you're a big woman then? Things that don't define your shape like stretch pants and t-shirts?

She mentioned a XXL...I wear that size in shirts. Do I look like that woman? A XXL really isn't that huge when you think about it.

I don't like skanky clothes like that on anyone, skinny or big, but what about my clothes? Should I not be wearing those? My tanks? thinks like that? Show me the light, oh fashion guru (because I know you are).

Fake fur jacket things.I don't really know that they are.I tried one on in TK Max...it made my arms short & stubby beyond belief.
Actually the prom dresses in there are also pretty nasty.Mint green & flamingo pink one shoulder strapped puffball thing.Nothing says "I'm going to be the only one with this dress" like that.

I wouldn't have a problem with people wearing fur if they ate the whole animal and everything. Otherwise, I don't like fur.

Seriously? We're supposed to eat chinchillas and mink?
I mean we could all still wear deer pelts...but that's not very attractive, warm, or soft, now is it?

Fur has been worn since the beginning of time. It's warm...and believe it or not it's fashionable. It's also a status symbol. A lot of men who don't make very much money work really hard to save up enough to buy some bit of fur for their wives.

It's not like we're taking animals out of the wild to make fur jackets...these are specially fed, bred, and farmed for their fur. There is plenty of them and fur is nice.

I'm not against fur/ meat etc. per se - just the conditions the animals are kept in. I'm not a vegetarian, but I buy free-range meat and eggs and would never wear fur. Personally, I just don't think it looks nice. A dead animal coat. Euw. I know leather's not that different origins-wise, but I guess it just doesn't look as obviously animal-ish.

I suppose, but that's just getting into a matter of personal preference as to how something looks now. Not eating something before you wear it.
