I relax/chill by ....
Painting.
Writing.
Playing my banjo.
Playing the harmonica.
Listening to music.
Listening to crickets chirping at night.
Going up to the mountains.
Listening to the wind in the trees.
Going to concerts.
Feel free to fill in the blanks, folks.

......................Vodka.
I'm joking of course.........
Usually some sort of herbal thing to calm me down, my cat that I've had since I was 5 (god I'll be sad when she kicks it) and some music.

Walking with a fresh breeze and reading with some peaceful tunes.
Everything else just satisfies my desires tempoarily.
Damn, I need a new book to read.

Life is a shit sandwich. Unfortunately, it's always lunchtime. How much bread you have goes a long way toward determining how easy it is to swallow.

Lying down on soft grass always puts me right, also walking barefoot on warm, preferably smooth, surfaces

Whenever I lay in grass I get very very itchy. I've heard chiggers but whenever I'm in grass along with others they seem unaffected. Then again the minute I step out the door every kind of bug that can feed on humans attacks me.

TBE you could be allergic to grass, or you could just have sensitive skin and be lying on not so soft grass

I like to be moving. Like on a bus, or a long car trip. With my iPod. I love it.

Singing and accompanying myself on the piano really relaxes me. If I'm very stressed or feeling uptight I will sit down and play soft jazz tunes like "My Funny Valentine" and sing. It's therapeutic. I can't listen to other people's music while I'm stressed, I will only start analyzing it automatically. Apart from that I tend to start doodling or writing. It will not be as good as when I'm relaxed, but it does help get me into a calm and tranquil mood. Last, but not least, tea. Good quality green tea or various herbal concoctions are my favourites for this. I might also grab my teapot and make myself a good, English style black tea with soymilk and sugar if I've got bisquits or something nice to accompany it and lots of time to relax.
Smells also seem to calm me down; anything that smells pleasant and not too intrusive, like newly baked bread or wild roses on a sunny summer day.

I'm not saying that there's something wrong with them, people just make fun of me a lot. they don't look goofy, and It's not like I wear them just for fun... Idk. the kids at my school view it as a weakness.

Only those with the Andrew Eldritch syndrome.
Methadrine has been showing the obvious symptoms since birth.
