The last link you posted is a pair that I already have. I WAS originally trying to get this pair:
http://www.newrockstore.com/zona1/ca...roducts_id=166
But they didn't have my size, so I settled for the patent leather reactors.
This is another pair I'd like to get, but they don't seem to be as high as my other boots with the neptuno soles
http://www.newrockstore.com/zona1/ca...roducts_id=421
I think ultimately, this will be my next pair of New Rocks:

DAX: The New Rocks stand on their own because they're not made of flimsy material. As for the rest, I put something inside the boots to make them stand.

How many do you have in your collection? Care to share photos?

One pair to start with and I'm working on buying more to start my collection, but I doubt I can ever compete on "who's got the most boots?" with ya.
I threw out my old ones (mostly combat boots) after I got my New Rocks.

It's not a competition. You just mentioned that you were adding to the collection, so I made the silly assumption that you had more than 1 pair of stompy boots. That being said, I was curious to see what you had

I know, just teasing here. I just have those New Rocks you saw for now.
I'm quite convinced on getting those other ones I mentioned for sure.

I'd like to get another pair, however the xmas season is upon us, and I have to put my selfish impulses aside until the new year.

Same here, but I did get paid for doing a sewing job for someone, so I thought I could use that to buy these boots for now and then after x-mas (when my parents given out the x-mas money) I will get another pair. I will still have enough from my budget to get gifts for others.
I do want to get my daughter a pair for x-mas, but I'm worried she will grow out of them so fast since she grew from one size to another within the year.

It's definately not something I'd invest in at such a young age.

True, thanks for suggesting that. I figure when she turns 18, then that would be a good time to get her a pair. She wants to come down to Chimera when she is old enough too. That could be interesting.

She's only 15 though, right? I woudln't hold your breath. It's doubtful that Chimera will be around.

Ahh. I am in dire need of new boots. The only problem is that they're going to be a Christmas gift from my dad, and he's broke as shit. Any suggestions for platforms higher than 4 inches under $100? I know it'll be difficult. =P

Go for Demonias, love :]
I got these for about 90 euro (Not the shiny ones. They're 5 3/4 inches btw ^^), I think, off the internet (not quite sure what that is in $ though :/). But that's with postage and everything from America.
Search the web for Demonias :] They do a great range of Platforms ^-^
Your hair's amazing btw :P

Oh, I love Demonias. For some reason, however, I just cannot for the life of me find a pair I don't have already that really strikes my interest. The two pairs I wear most frequently are in terrible shape. For one, the first pair are flat. I'm short as hell and I can't stand flat shoes. =P The second pair is too big. I'm not sure why I didn't return them upon recieving them, but I really should have. No only are they too big, but they are basically decaying. I think I do too much partying/playing in the snow with them. =P
And thank you for the hair comment. :]

Ahh. I don't mean the PLATFORMS are too big. I mean, my feet swim around in the shoe. Haha.

I got these for under $50 (shipping included) here. They have a bunch of platform boots which is nice but you will have to sift through it all

Thanks for the link. I didn't find anything that interested me, though.
No more worries! I ended up buying the white Zack-300's. :] I think they're sexy as shit.
I also want these in pink, but I don't quite feel like being 5'9" just yet. Too tall for my little body.
