Technically they are imported from Spain. It just so happens that the UK has an awesome sense of fashion.
If Edward was to buy a piar of New Rocks, he should buy them from newrockstore.com. They will ship from the US. I think it's something like $25USD to ship. He might also want to check other US sites if newrockstore.com doesn't have what he is looking for.
I paid $50CAD to have my boots shipped from the UK. It was the cheapest shipping I could get, so I ended up waiting for a month and a half to get them. The reason I purchased from the UK, was because it was a private sale. I wouldn't be able to find those boots cheaper than anywhere else. Price of shipping included.

I'm actually awaiting a pair of boots that I bought directly from New Rock. In the U.S., they ship by UPS ground. The shipping cost was $18.00.

Well, I have finally recieved a reply from the NewRockBoots representitive from Las Vegas.
He said my boots would cost $288.00US ($310.00CDN) + UPS shipping 27.50US ($30CDN) = $340.00US (367.00CDN). WHOOO HOOO!!!
He also said if I wanted it sent like the "gift" term, they have what they call "Sample with no commerical value" which will be an additional $10 ($11) so that way I won't have to pay duty or taxes on it.
So overall, it will only cost me a total of $378.00 CDN to get those boots.
HOT DAMN YEAH!!! Now I can't wait to get them!

What boots did you inquire about? Because the pair I was referring to in my reply are advertised at $488 USD before shipping.

I do love knee high boots, but I have large calves. Most boots are cut for much smaller calves. It's quite annoying.

Ahhh, they better! I'm paying an extra $100.00 on top of Pennangalan's usual price to have the boots fit exactly to my leg measurements. That's the problem with most knee high boots for me....my calves are so curvy that they are really uncomfortable to wear. These should be super comfy since they'll fit exactly. I'm excited. The only other knee high boots I've ever been 100% comfortable in are my limited edition "corset laced" Transmuters that lace up the backs of the legs...thus allowing them to conform perfectly to my leg shape. *sigh* What I would give to find another pair of them in my size in matte leather (the ones I have are patent). I doubt I'll ever find another pair though, as I think they only made like 100 of them. I'm always on the lookout on ebay though.

I'm not sure but I know I got them, I know it was last week I placed the order or perhaps it wasn't processed till a few days later. I got an e-mail recently stating that they got shipped.

I ordered mine and the next day was informed that I'd have to wait 8 weeks for them to be imported from Spain, because the requested style/size was out of stock. *sigh*

Damn, that sucks! I hope your wait isn't too long...when I ordered my 312s a while back they told me it would take about 8 weeks. It took FIVE MONTHS. I had actually emailed them to tell them to just cancel my damn order, then they told me they had shipped.
