That is pretty neat.
Can you actually see through it though?

Yarn falls are a massive no-no.

Black writing for Jack.

shrouding yourself in extremely heavy all black layers in the middle of summer is a no no to me. nobody wants to be around a sweaty, stinky, flushed, overheated person who looks like they are about to have a heat stroke. at least I don't. save the velvet and leather stuffs for cooler weather, or for a night out.

I was at Freak Day at Kings Dominion once..and there was this tall guy, with hairy ass legs, wearing fishnet tights and PVC short shorts.....Hair sticking through the fishnets......ugh..with Suntan lotion on heh eww

And his girl wore a velvet cape

This was Summertime. In the heat, waiting in line. In no shade.

Some people are so stupid, it's spooky.

Agreed! They look like shoelaces dangling from someone's hair.

the other weekend I saw a overweight girl wearing a wannabe corset top, a short skirt and thigh highs. Her thigh chub was actually hanging over the thigh highs and the top sqished whatever boobs she had into a massive uniboob with underarm fat hanging out the top. I was realaxing on one of the couches with my drink when she bent over right in front of me and gave me a glimpse of her cellulite. Gee thanks. I immediately found another place to sit.

I'm not saying big girls can't be sexy but come on, look in the mirror before you go out!!!

Precisely the reason I do not and cannot wear corsets in the usual style ( mine has a full back piece and is underbust ) as I am a size 18 . I have seen women of the sort you described at the Whitby Goth weekend, many of them in varying stages of obesity, many far bigger than I am . Not one of them looked remotely good in what she was wearing. Which is a shame because many of the corsets were made of beautiful fabric, and no doubt cost a lot to be specially made. What a waste.

I beg to semi-differ. Berets are huge no-nos for some people. *Holds head high and adjusts own beret,* I can pull them off with spectacular ease.

Alas, I cannot pull off bowlers or fedoras *sigh.*

I stay away from hats at all costs, because they crush my fringe.
