The sound of blood rushing at insane velocities (yes plural as it changes with the ebb and flow of the pulse) through hardened arteries around a mind infused with a seriously vindictive headache that I think is payback for all the hangovers I missed in my youth collectively massed in one pounding, pulsing mess...
