Hello, Im Sleazy.

If its not obvious from the thread title, the nickname I happened to get stuck with doesn't work well for intro's. That being said, my name is Travis. Though sadly I do answer to sleazy, I think its more of a conditioned response.

Currently im working on my bachelor's and have finished an associates. I currently don't have a job, I am a marine bilogy major, with about 3 semesters left on this degree. I currently live in charleston SC.

I have several authors that I like, too many to list in the romantic/brit lit category. I enjoy Dragonlance fantasy themed novels, mostly Margret Weis. Probably my favorite book would be Adolf Huxley's Brave New World, because its just profoundly twisted from society's ideal. My favorite films include Pink Floyd's The Wall, A Clockwork Orange, and more recently Sweeny Todd. It might be cliche but it was good. =)

Personally I wouldnt want a wedding much less music at one, They depress me. Music at my funeral would have to be sufficiently slow and malignant, maybe use some bagpipes. I plan to be cremated but not by a crematorium. Think heathen funeral pyre. The mechanism of my death is pretty irrelevant to me, as long as people dont treat me like they do celebrities, that is annoying.

Ive yet to find an outfit that would be my favorite or "perfect" for me. Workig on it though. I am waiting on a pair of boots I ordered though that are just fucking awesome, im starting to get impatient actually. They will go well with my PVC pants, amongst other things. I like BDSM/fetish dress as well as more "gothic" or victorian styles when I take the time to dress up.

I miss not having deadlines to meet when I was little.

Favorite band would be Pink Floyd, because my dad is an old dirty hippie and he probably damaged me in some way.

I've been lurking around the boards a while reading and watching, and decided it was interesting enough to stick around awhile and maybe make a friend or two.

I am male, but that can get a bit fluid at times. Especially with increasing amounts of liqour. I enjoy discussing sex, gender, kink etc both personally and academically, so feel free if anything should come to mind, either through PM or on a thread. Im a pretty open minded person.

Your day must have been like mine then. I think lunch and my shower were the most interesting things that happened. Because my genetics professor and spanish professor are both incredibly boring.

Oh, sorry to hear that.
I'd rather be bored than depressed though. Today was very depressing for me.

(I try not to show it though)

Wouldn't a real punk come up with a new idea instead of stealing an old one?

You'd imagine. A REAL punk would make a "I Hate T-Shirts" vest.

...I laughed embarrassingly hard at that.
For some reason, vests are always funny.

The same (well slightly the same) thing happened to me. My father always listened to The Stone Roses whilst playing Tomb Raider and I always sat watching him. I blame him not only for my love of The Stone Roses but also for my unnatural attraction to Angelina Jolie.

Ain't nothin' unnatural about being attracted to Angelina..... I don't normally go that way, but for her, I could be....

I, also, have inherited a love of Pink Floyd from my dad (although mine is probably more mild). Welcome to Gnet.

Thanks for the welcomes. There's actually a rather odd story behind the screen name. Maybe a reason to go into that will come up.

On a side note it's interesting the types of things that a thread will get derailed too around here. Sorta like Duck and the vest further up the page.

I am the king of thread de-railment. I am like Marmite. You either love me and want to have my babies, or you hate me and want to eat my babies.

You ain't seen nothing yet!

A very warm welcome to you. I love Pink Floyd as well and Identify myself as being closer to a Hippie than anything else, with the exception being that I'm a clean one. =)

It's Aldous Huxley. Not Adolf.
