Could it be some kind of allergy?
I have severe bipolar disorder and have tried loads of different antidepressants, all of which I was conveniently allergic to. I had various reactions, but a lot of them included nausea and sleep problems, as well as simply making my depression worse. I have eczema but no other allergies at all, so even if you're not allergic to anything else, you could still be having a reaction to the medication.
Either way, you probably shouldn't change the dosage by yourself as that can cause more problems. If it goes on, then definitely go and see you doctor/psychiatrist, who might be able to do some kind of allergy test. After all, the whole point of antidepressants is to make you feel better, not worse because of a load of horrible side effects.
