Pretty much, yes. I just walked into my parents' room one night and said, "Guys, we have to talk. I feel very depressed, it's not just a feeling, and I need to see a doctor." And they sent me to a doctor a little while later.

I don't mean to imply that there are no repercussions. My parents were quite worried that I'd kill myself, and they didn't let me drive for about a month. It sucked, but I got the help I needed, and I'm driving again.

If only I got tell them. Not be so afraid to start crying, or so scared of whatever it is they're gonne say.
Ah, you and I seem to be in the same fix here.
I'm not quite sure when it happened--sometime around when my first boyfriend and my first love broke up with me, I think--but I became afraid to cry after that. I told myself I'd done enough crying, that people all around the world were going through so much worse than me that crying about something so trivial was selfish of me.

But what I've found is that forcing yourself not to cry sometimes sends you on a negative spiral self-confidence wise...it's really not helpful in life at all. Sometimes it's good just to get things over with.

No comment on the first post, If people want to kill themselves, thats fine with me. There are already far too many people in this world. As far as spelling mistakes go, plenty of people in their follow up posts spelt stuff wrong. I'm sure they are all probably typos. =P

They are both correct.

They're probably both correct because some bunch of idiots spelled it "spelt" enough that it has become an acceptable spelling... much like "nucular" has become an acceptable pronunciation of "nuclear"

Actually I think "spelt" was the actual term. Middle English, and I think even old Modern English use the letter T in past tenses very often.

Well, english isn't my first language so if i made any mistakes (and i'm sure i do make a lot) it's cause I'm not english... i'd love to see you type full sentences in my home language without making any mistakes
