New ParaNorman Trailer
Laika, who produced the movie “Coraline” in 2009, in conjunction with Focus Features, will be releasing “Paranorman”, a new stop-animation comedy thriller adventure film on August 17, 2012. Norman Babcock, a young boy, can see and communicate with the dead. An ancient witch’s curse falls upon their New England town of Blithe Hollow, and Norman is the one who can save them all. Filled with not only ghosts, but also zombies, “Paranorman” sees Norman pushed around by classmates and the undead alike. He must become brave and rely on his gifts in order to overcome this crisis. The cast includes the likes of: John Goodman, Anna Kendrick, Casey Affleck, Tempestt Bledsoe and Kodi Smit-McPhee, known from his role as Owen in “Let Me In”, voices Norman.
