Angeline Hawkes
Angeline Hawkes received her B.A. in Composite English Language Arts in 1991 from Texas A&M University-Commerce. She was appointed 2007 Alumni Ambassador for the Texas A&M U-C Literature Department. She has publication credits dating from 1981. Angeline’s The Commandments was nominated for a 2006 Bram Stoker award for collection. Her story, “In Waters Black the Lost Ones Sleep”, appears in the 2007 Origins Award nominated anthology Frontier Cthulhu from Chaosium Publishing.
Angeline resides in Texas with her husband, writer Christopher Fulbright, and is an active member of the Horror Writer’s Association and the Robert E Howard UPA. Angeline writes primarily in the genres of fantasy and horror.
Christopher Fulbright and Angeline Hawkes are a husband and wife writing team working in Dallas, Texas. Their fiction spans many genres, including horror, dark fantasy, and thrillers.
Both authors have written in the small press for several years with individual works appearing in magazines, anthologies, and in book form. They joined forces in 2006 with their horror novella THEN COMES THE CHILD (Carnifex Press), which garnered much acclaim.
