Chokers are either an accessory serving the purpose of adding to whatever look you were going for when you bought it, or can imply that you are a sub.
studs, spikes, ...accessories. I don't think you would attack someone with your neck. It would be awkward and probably painful for yourself.

Do they need a purpose other than looking pretty? What purpose do really jewelery have, they can be a way to signal membership or opinions or in other ways be a symbol, or they can be decoration.

I think there are some that run on batteries so they should be ok with my parents and won't overload and plugs.

im not sure of the colours available. but im sure there are a few to choose from.

but the thing is .. it wont burn down your house.. but putting too much electrical lamps in your room, wont they get electrocuted? like overload or something.. (just wondering cos your parents may think this way too since they don't like candles)
