I think that there should be a "new" leader every month, and I would like to make it a rule. How I want to do this is... the normal members vote on who they want, the heads will tally the votes,and decide on the top three members with the most votes, then we'll vote person with the most votes is the new leader. Those for this addition to the rules say Aye, those against say Nay.

So, what exactly does the "leader" do?

Leader maintains this group. To keep it invite only, there has to be a leader.

Oh yes, they can... however we'll have to come up with a series of rules of what he/she can/can't do. Like no kicking out heads without unanimous votes from the heads, and well good reason, stuff like that.
