Have you tried going in the early morning or late evening? That usually helps the heat a little... give the ground a chance to cool off.

If you're not getting enough sleep... are you getting out for a little sunshine and exersize? Getting decent food? You must take care of yourself.

I've been doing ok.. I've been drinking massive amounts of green tea in an attempt to get up enough energy to finish cleaning my house. How have you been, yourself?

Yeah I find it rather hard to stay on task sometimes myself. I always get distracted by something neat and/or shiny.
