We go to bed pretty early most nights, but when I do my cardio I'm usually out around 6:45ish, so I do get some sun on those mornings. By 7 though it's already pretty hot. I keep the blinds open too.
Agreed. I am doing well on the exercise part...I work out five days a week, three days resistance, 2 days cardio. I'm not great because I just started, but I'm already showing improvement. Sunshine is probably my problem...it's so hot here that going outside is torture!
Shiny objects are the worst! I go after them like a magpie...and then reading online is another bad habit. I usually get sucked in while doing research, haha.
