Well, it seems that withdrawal symptoms are somewhat unavoidable, but they're not so bad now. =) When I first quit, I was already getting sick with a sinus infection [which I didn't know at the time; I thought it was just a random cough], so I think the medicine and rest and time off from work helped me through what would have probably been the worst of it.
