The sexy New Rocks I saw on ebay two days ago have already tripled in price. Damn other people bidding!

I was looking at some shellys on ebay with a silver coffin heel *drools* they started on £5 and had no bids (so i was watching like a hawk) within the last 10 minutes they went up to £56. I was gutted, really thought i was gonna get a bargain! hehe :)

They sold for almost £40. When I first saw them they were only £4.99, so I was hoping that they'd stay low and I might be able to afford them. I can't believe they shot up in price so fast!!

There are no New Rocks in here. *cries*

I didn't buy them *muffled sob* they were just some cool boots I spotted on ebay. You could always try logging on to ebay.com or ebay.co.uk and search for New Rocks - lots of sellers will post abroad. It could be a bit expensive though, considering how much New Rocks weigh...
I'm sure there are places online you could buy a pair, as long as you've got a bit of money saved! ;)

It's frustrating, isn't it? Sometimes though, you really can get a bargain on ebay - you've just got to keep your eyes peeled! O_0

Those boots were for 4 dollars! WTF. It's too bad they bid on them.

I bet the shipping to Lebanon would cost a fortune.

Underground makes that style shoe, but their's is MUCH better quality, real leather, etc. (they are shown near the bottom of the page):

If you happen to be a size 7, Vixens and Angels has them on sale:

:)

psychopenguin 03-27-2006 09:01 PM

meh.. I just stick with my chucks on most days and every now and then spice it up with my platform combat boots. Nothing fancy.. just whatever's most comfortable.

Hmm, probably. If you found some at a discount on ebay it might still end up being a bargain though! For instance, the boots that sold for nearly £40 would have been over £100 new. It just wasn't enough of a bargain for me, tightwad that I am! ;)

I like these from vixens and angels better than the ones I linked up there.. ^^

I'm a 9 1/2 or a 10 so I couldn't even get a toe in the size 7's.

;)

Thanks for the tip though..

They're gorgeous! *drools*

Kali Maxwell 03-29-2006 06:38 AM

Those are quite hot.

I'm not really one for thin heels, though, or pointy toes. I love thick soles (not platforms, but pretty thick), and thick heels, and as many straps and metal thingies as I can find. lol If it implies bondage and can set off a metal detector, I'll probably like it. I think I'm going to take a picture of my knee-highs and post it.

I'd *love* to have a pair of sexy thigh-highs...

Cicero 03-29-2006 06:55 AM

I have a pair of extremely well loved Doc-Marten-ish knee high boots that I bought in Firenze from some crazy old Santa Clause look alike trying to recruit us into his cult.

Since their purchase, these boots have trod on ground everywhere from the back alleys of Bangkok to the rolling hills of the Isle of Mull in Scotland. From the beaches of Victoria to the towers of German castles on the Rhine.

That makes my boots the gothest of gothest of goth in my opinion.

I have a few other pairs from the likes of Demonia and a few unknown brands, but nothing compares to my Florentine darlings.

Teh_Emi 03-29-2006 09:37 AM

-le sigh-

The only pairs of boots I have are an old pair of Doc Martens I got for $5 at a yard sale (which are almost too small now) and my best friend's old combat boots (he was in Young Marines).

My mom'd flip if I were to get a pair of platforms, but I want these so bad! T~T

Might be from Hot Topic (blehhhh! at their shirts and stuff) but I can't help but drool over them.

Corpus_Draconis 03-29-2006 09:51 AM

I love those Demonia shoes. I saw a similar pair at a store in Ottawa. I fell in love with them right there, but I couldn't buy them or my mother would flip.

...What is it with mothers and flipping?

WolfMoon 03-29-2006 10:03 AM

Queen, I have a pair of boots in that style, but they're mid-calf.

Teh_Emi, that style certainly is nice. You could probably find something on ebay you might like.

Queenofdarkness57 03-29-2006 10:38 AM

That's so cool WolfMoon. I am inlove with those. For how much did you buy them? I found boots that look EXACTLY like those at a shop called" Next". They cost 200 and something dollars! :( * sniff* Fuck those thiefs, I really wanted to get them.

Teh_Emi 03-29-2006 10:40 AM

-sighs- My mother is okay with my wanting to dye my hair (PURPLE!), but since I want to get my labret (spelling? X_X) pierced, she started to try and crack down on my fashion. So platform boots are out until summer when I work myself to pieces for the money to buy some nice shoes when I go to Gainesville.

And maybe bribe the dudes across the street from where I work into piercing without a consent form. ;D

I agree with you Xng. My dad is usually open-minded about everything except piercings and tattoos(although my mom is a beautician and she's a professional tattoer). i wanted to have a bellybutton piercing but he didn't agree. If you just listen to their reasons, you might be convinced. And piercers are not going anywhere, you could wait for a couple of years.

Teh_Emi 03-29-2006 11:52 AM

I was actually being half sarcastic.

I need to work on that. @_X

and These

Magpie_Tendencies 03-31-2006 07:47 PM

Bunnicula - I have shoes like those first ones but with less of a heel. They're some of my favourites.

Oh and I like your avatar. I love ladybugs.
