No, in Denmark they are very thorough.
If something doesn't have the minimum of required postage(or for that matter lacks stamps at all) they will photograph the letter from 4+ angles, photocopy it, perform a ritual by slaughering 3 goats and sacrificing their livers to the great mail sorting machine and return the letter to you with all of this attached, and then they will bill you the cost for doing all of this.
So I am fairly thorough in the few cases where I mail stuff.
