I just had the most delicious garlic "chicken" and spring rolls with "shrimp". It was so good I got three orders of each. Nothing died to give me that food.

I really want to try Venison. I dislike the taste of red meat in general but have never tried venison and I'd like to compare, also it's lived it life in the wild where it should and that suits my principles just fine. It's lived wild and died wild.

I need to remember to visit the next farmers market. There's a guy who sells game. I may have a go at Rabbit as well which I haven't eaten since I was little and at my grandma's ( mother has simply never cooked it for some reason ) so I can't recall the taste.
