I'm pretty sure the smallest size at the store I work at I've seen is a four, we're supposed to carry items in a particular brand as low as zero but I haven't seen any in yet. Twelve we are told is the most common size, so thats the most common size we carry. Our plus size section is the specalty kind and starts at US size 18W and goes up, regular plus size stores in the mall and around start at US 14. There are a lot of stores that really do have styles that just can't fit anyone who isn't skinny (like really tight fitted clothes and tight low jeans) and my size can vary from store to store because of that. I take a four but in some stores thats too short for me, so I take a more baggy size again so I can get the right length.
