Shitty? Pic is Parish Church of St. Maclou at Rouen. Gothic monuments aren't universally Christian, either, a number of secular edifices were built in the style.

Maybe it's just a personal bias. The stained glass, I like; everything else, I abhor. In any case, the part about shitty art was not the point of my post.
