How could you harm a cat?! If your doing horrible things to such a sweet an innocent little creature, you deserve all the shit you get you bitch. And i think you are mentally unstable. Harmimg animals is one of the most common signs that someone is to become a murderer. You dont need an ADD drug. You need a straight jacket or even better, a bullet.

I have to say, at 13, there is no excuse at all, unless you have a serious problem, or incredibly crap parenting. All well raised 13yr olds know the difference between right and wrong. Even a toddler knows that throwing something or hurting someone or a pet, is wrong. All down to the parenting, so if theres nothing mentally wrong with Uni, there is something wrong with her parents.
That said, she could also be on another attention seeking wind up. But if she has taken on board what the school counsellor said, then fair play. She might finally get the help she needs. Though frankly, her parents should have shoved her into a shrinks office when she was little, because it's pretty reasonable to assume she had violent tendancies way before she was 13. If not a mental issue, then an abuse issue. In which case take responsibility and get help, and I really hope it all works out for you in the end. |
Go to see a psychiatrist.
School counsellors are very often full of shit but you might as well take the hint and get yourself checked out. Just take advice from a professional I'd say. Don't just go for therapy though, because I'm pretty sure that will do fuck all for you. See if you can get some proper resolution to your problems. If not, you could just settle for meds but to be honest I'm not terribly sure of how much good they do anyway. |
You need crack.

Your school councellor is a genius.

What exactly do these school counsellors do? We dont have them at any of the schools near us. Are they trained psychiatrists? Or just people who are meant to help?
|
i don't believe a word of it. Just another reason to make a thread and get some attention.
|
I think it maybe an idea to see the psychiatrist and see what they say. They are probably more equip than a school councilor to tell you if there is something wrong with you that needs treatment. Councilors can help with some problems but they are not really geared up to deal with some psychiatric issues, as your councilor said.
Although it maybe scary it is better if there is something wrong for it to be picked up and treated than left alone to get worse. If there IS something wrong it maybe an idea to combine medication (should you need it) with therapy, you are more likely to get a better result that way. I'd also bear in mind that most people who do have something wrong with them in that way recover well with the correct treatment. |

Therefore she didn't actually do it for any reason. Mind you from what we've seen of Uni... |
I take Paxil. It's helped me to come down to a normal person's emotional level, instead of being super-intense and feeling too much.
I've never thought much of Ritalin; I think that too many folks prescribe it for the wrong thing. But Paxil may help you balance out. It's non-addictive, and pretty gentle on the system. :) However, I would suggest going to see an actual therapist before taking -anything-; maybe just working things out with a trained professional will help you. |
Unimatrix,
You are getting more and more evidence that something's not quite right, so i recommend that you see a shrink to make a conclusive decision about what to do, do you have something or not and so on. Make sure you see him for more than one session, talk about everything and don't worry about him/her saying anything to anyone... I don't think that's legal. If that shrink put you on medication, that means you need it. I'm not trying to insult you or anything, i believe that when you are calm you are a nice person. Hope everything turns out for the best ^_^ |
You're right, Geo; it's illegal for a therapist to share information on therapy sessions with anyone, unless they have reason to believe the person they are counseling is a dangerous threat to themselves or others.
I'm not sure if Uni is really a danger, though she -is- overly aggressive.. |

Simple. Kill it and eat it. I'm not opposed to eating non-traditional animals either. Killing for the sake of killing though... dumb and wasteful. |

Go to your Local GP and see what he/she says. |

You know there is a difference between killing an animal for food and beating a cat for fun. |
He's going to come back with the argument, "Murder's murder folks!".
Just you wait. |
