I count 11 and yeah meter requires more than just the number of syllables, you have to have the proper rhythm, be it iambs, dactyls, spondees, or whatever your particular meter requires, iambic pentameter is all iambs.

I sorry if i sound cranky, but i've mostly been getting feed back that tells me to quit writing all together. I want to argue till I'm either vanquished or I win. and i know that I make a lot of errors, it's because I don't proof read myself.

I keep forgetting that i changed a lot of wording after I expanded. Some lines with 11 are actually supposed to be spoke with ten. Like fiery can be spoken with three or two. I also changed a lot of words durring revision which blew the iams out the window.

Ah come on man, it's just a song, fuck meter. I was just being pretentious anyway. Just admit you didn't pay attention to it. I don't buy that the first line went from iambic to almost completely trochaic just by rephrasing.
