I laughed and laughed and laughed when I saw this. It's the original "Total Eclipse of the Heart" music video by Bonnie Tyler, redone with a dubbed singer using lyrics describing all the irrelevant things going on in the video. It's HILARIOUS!!!!

Saya, thanks to waking me to the charms of Literal Videos. Since you pointed out "Total Eclipse of the Heart" I found 6 others that are pretty well done and entertained me, including "One Week" by Barenaked Ladies. I'm never looking at literal videos ever again, it led me to watching the literal version "Hooked On A Feeling" by David Hasselhoff, I never saw the video before. What has been seen cannot be unseen.
