Yes, I sing as well..
Unfortunately it's disease permitting. One of the sad side effects of Sjogrens is that it makes me very hoarse when the disease flares up. Fucking sucks. But yeah I sing, still a low Alto and hoping to never end up a deep Bass. :p Thanks for the listen & feedback.. |
Ya, I really liked it, and I would absolutely love to hear you sing, if you have any recording of it. And I wish I could share a song of ours with you but I am in the dark with the internet and stuff.
The Doors - Celebration of the Lizard...A song that greatly reminds me of You and Me and Rainbows. |
You can upload MP3 files, videos and such here and they will host it for you free. Then all you have to do is copy the URL(web address) that they assign your song/video and post it here..
Simple as Pandering Pandas.. :) |
Wow, um, I am really really not good with technology but how does one upload to this site to get said adress? Hehe, sorry to, well, be so stupid.
Still Celebration of the Lizard. |
Not stupid. If you don't ask questions, you never learn anything..
If you have any of your music in audio format, first register here; http://www.putfile.com/registration Then read the FAQ(Frequently Asked Questions) file for specific instructions. http://www.putfile.com/faq Basically once you register, you will browse(search) for the song on your pc and upload(send) it to their server to be hosted. Once it's been uploaded to their server, your song will have a specific web address that you can post to direct people to your music. Once they click on the link, they will be taken to your song on the Putfile server. There are many different free hosting services, Putfile is just one of them. |
Ah, many thanks EPS. I will now attempt to do that, and probably screw it up somehow...*Le sigh* Technology hates me and I hate it.
|
Technology is your friend once you understand it.
If my Dad can learn how to properly use email at age 65, you can muddle through the learning process. :p Snake River Conspiracy ~ How Soon Is Now Next on music to ponder Delirium by: Pink Floyd ~ Shine on You Crazy Diamond |
Ah ha! I can do something right! Well, here's my name-sake http://media.putfile.com/Lackluster-Heavens. It's our first song, we've kinda evolved past it, and my vocals are kinda undeveloped in it, but, I like it. And speaking of Pink Floyd....
Wish You Were Here - Pink Floyd. |
Wow..
I'm impressed. I really like the build up, in the song and your vocals. You have some nice range. I keep thinking old Sabaath listening to this.. Any influence? |
I suppose a bit. We're just influenced by all the older metal, Sabbath, Iced Earth, old Metallica, and all that jazz. Oh, and The Doors in our more recent songs, HUGE Genre skipping around we do. I could put up one of the blue-esq songs we do if you'd like. Oh yes, and thanks much EPS, means much coming from one as musically inclined as you appeare to be.
Kidney Theives - Zerospace. |
That'd be cool. I like all kind of Music. There isn't much I don't enjoy..
Music keeps me this > < side of Sane. Deftones ~ Be Quiet & Drive Next on music to float by: Doors ~ The Crystal Ship |
Indeed, I know what you mean. Music is one of the reasons I fear death...the possibility of not having music in the afterlife, makes me downright terrifed. And heres the other song http://media.putfile.com/Stream-1, see what I mean about the Doors influence? Oh, and have you heard Celebration of the Lizard by the Doors? It's my arguement that Jim Morrison invented goth music...hehe.
Dropkick Murphys - Green Fields of France |
Fela Ransome Kuti & The Africa 70 - Water No Get Enemy
Noyhing like some funky, jazzy afrobeat to cheer you up on a hella snowy day. |
I'm watching Mtv. Where is the Love B.E.P
|
Wow, EPS! I have to agree with Lackluster; you have a very sexy voice! That was beautiful, really hypnotic and floaty :)
|
I've just listened to your songs too Lackluster - you've got a really good voice, I like it! :D

Iron Maiden `Drifter` (live)
|
Iron Maiden's great. I luff em.
Atwa -- System of a Down. |
"Hurricane" by Ego Likeness. If anyone here likes Collide, you'll love this Baltimore-based Electro-Gothic band.
|
"We Are" by Acroyear [featuring G-Net's own Empty Purple Stars on vocals]. Pretty good. Moody. Atmospheric. Dark. Hella sexy alto voice. I had no idea that E_P_S did spoken word.
